Once I was lonely and so depressed
And I bought the lie I couldn't be my best
I stayed unhappy until the day I found,
I was the one whpo beat myself into the ground
And when I got past all the lies and all the guilt
I was left with just a prison that I built

I know a woman so deep in pain
her fear is real for her and yet she can't explain
all of the voices of the past that won't let go
it seems to everyone she gave up long ago
but if she got past all the fear and all the doubt
she could walk rght through the prison and get out

When I was younger
Choices were always made for me
then you get older
and choices are harder to make.
If you are left ot decide for yourself
and make your own choices
are you ready to face
​all of your stupid mistakes?

there's someone's daughter so full of hate
the kind that you and no one's mother can relate
she'll always follow and never lead
and she'll tell ya you gotnothing that she needs.
And her life is full of drama and mistakes
as she tells you to go jump into a lake.....of fire.
